For birth and death registration citizen are advised to take hospital acknowledgement slip before hospital discharge.

If registartion is done within 21 days of birth and death the first certificate fee will be free of cost.

Citizens are requested to give valid mobile number and email ids for various services to get system generated information on status.

Digital Signature and QR coded Certificate being issued in the Application.

Citizen being intimated about the status of the application via SMS.

The registration of births and deaths is carried out under the provisions of the Registration of Birth and Death (RBD) Act, 1969 and the Registrar General, India is entrusted with the responsibilities of co-ordinating and unifying the activities under CRS in the Country.
